PRE-ORDER TRACKING UPDATE

I am reaching out to provide a crucial update and to address the concerns many of you have expressed regarding our recent pre-order fulfillment and the delay in providing tracking numbers.

Early Partnership with Our Fulfillment Center

In an unexpected turn of events, we expedited our collaboration with a fulfillment center, originally planned for 2024. This acceleration came as a response to the overwhelming demand we faced for our pre-order drop. The fulfillment center agreed to initiate a crisis operation for us, a gesture we're immensely grateful for. However, it's important to note that this operation was set up without full implementation of their standard processes.

Impact on Tracking Numbers

Due to the rapid and unplanned nature of this setup, the fulfillment center's system integration, crucial for sending out tracking numbers, is not yet fully operational. This is the primary reason for the delay in providing you with the tracking information for your orders.

Current Status

Despite these challenges, we want to assure you that every order has been packed, labeled, and is ready to go. The fulfillment center is holding these orders, and we plan to ship them out all at once this week.

Tracking Numbers Coming This Week

Now that we've handed over our customer database to the fulfillment center, their system is gearing up to begin the dispatch of tracking numbers. We expect this to happen within the week, (some orders will arrive before they receive a tracking number) ensuring you can keep tabs on your orders as they make their way to you.
