Return Policy

Costumer may return a product within 14 days. The 14-day period starts from the day the consumer accepted the product.
We only accept returned items in their original resalable condition - unused, with original tags and labels and packaging if applicable.

We do not accept returns on swimwear and underwear after the packaging has been opened.

*The return may not be possible in case of participation in a "First order gets it for free" contest or contest of a similar nature. This rule is needed in order to make participation fair for every customer. All sales on during the first minutes of the drop are final and can be returned only if there is a serious issue with the order. Suspect Worldwide® customer support reserves the right to make a decision for a refund in that case.

We will refund you the costs to the same Bank / Credit Card / PayPal account from which we received the payment within 14 days after receiving the parcel back. Please note that if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive, we are not required to refund You the cost which exceed the costs of the least expensive delivery method.

By placing an order, customers establish a commercial relationship with Suspect Worldwide and commit to accept delivery of the parcel related to the order placed. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to collect the parcel, the parcel will be returned to the sender Suspect Worldwide in Belgium at customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax fees. The amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
