SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Once an order has left our facility delivery usually takes about 3-5 days to arrive for DOMESTIC orders depending on your chosen shipping method. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, processing times will be extended. 

All custom made orders will currently ship within 3-4 weeks. These items are handmade by our design team and take a lot of time and care to perfect. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled nor returned. 

INTERNATIONAL 

For INTERNATIONAL orders usual delivery takes 10-20 business days depending on the country. Customs and duties fees may apply, these fees are not charged by Nikkie Studios - they are a requirement from your country's postal service.Nikkie Studios is not responsible for paying any customs fees associated with your package.

The production, shipping ,and customer support departments are CLOSED Saturdays & Sundays. If an order is placed on a Friday, the order will not start processing until the following Monday. Our business days are Monday - Friday (10 AM- 6 PM).
