No-hassle Returns for Exchange at Suspect Studios

At Suspect Studios, we're dedicated to ensuring you have the perfect fit and style. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can do so smoothly and easily without needing prior approval from us!

Step-by-Step Guide for Returns for Exchange

  1. Download and Complete the Return for Exchange Form:

    • Begin by downloading our 'Return for Exchange Form' [Click here to download]. Fill it out with details about the item you are returning and the new item you wish to receive.

  2. Prepare Your Exchange Package:

    • Pack the item(s) you wish to exchange in their original condition, along with the completed 'Return for Exchange Form'.

  3. Attach the Return Address Label:

    • Use the return address strip located at the bottom of the 'Return for Exchange Form'. Cut it off and attach it to the outside of your parcel.

  4. Send Us a Picture:

    • Before sending off your exchange, snap a photo of your parcel with the return address label attached and email it to return@suspectclo.com. This helps us anticipate your item's arrival.

  5. Ship the Package:

    • Take your package to your preferred postal service. Remember, the arrangement and cost of shipping for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. This approach helps us maintain our focus on quality and value.

  6. Await Your Exchange:

    • Once we receive your item, we’ll check it and dispatch your new item. You'll receive a confirmation once the exchange is processed.
    • If your exchange item is out of stock we will refund you the ammount.

Suspect Studios Exchange Policy

  • Time Frame: Items must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. (For PRE-ORDER items, there is no time limit for exchanges).
  • Item Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags for an exchange to be processed.
  • Exchange Processing: Your exchange will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Note: Suspect Studios is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We advise using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind
