Step-by-Step Guide for Returns for Refund

  1. Download and Complete the Return for Refund Form:

    • Start by downloading our 'Return for Refund Form' [Click here to download]. Please fill it out accurately as it is crucial for processing your refund.

  2. Prepare Your Return Package:

    • Securely pack the item(s) in their original condition, along with the completed 'Return for Refund Form'.

  3. Attach the Return Address Label:

    • Cut off the return address strip located at the bottom of the 'Return for Refund Form' and attach it to the outside of your parcel.

  4. Send Us a Picture:

    • Before dispatching your return, please take a photo of your parcel with the return address label attached and email it to return@suspectclo.com. This is an important step to ensure we can expect your return efficiently.

  5. Ship the Package:

    • Drop off the package at any postal service of your choice. While Suspect Studios is dedicated to ensuring your return process is effortless, the arrangement and cost of return shipping fall under the customer’s responsibility, as this helps us continue offering competitive prices and quality products.

  6. Await Confirmation and Refund:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving it.

Suspect Studios Return Policy

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. (PRE-ORDER? there is no time limit for returns)
  • Item Condition: We only accept returns for items in new, unused condition with original tags.
  • Refund Processing: We'll process your refund after inspecting the returned item.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for a refund. Details are available in our full policy
